Juggling a busy work/life schedule is just the nature of Camila Alves’ days and weeks — but giving back to her community is anything but a chore for this entrepreneurial mom. Raised in a family where giving back was fundamental, the Brazil native is making sure her kids do too on a daily basis.

Speaking to People Magazine, Camila shared why and how she makes the time: “Sometimes we get caught up with all the stuff that we got going on. It doesn’t take much, maybe an hour of your day or a couple of hours of your day that can really impact people.”

This month, through the Spoonfuls of Giving campaign and in partnership with Feeding America, Ca-mila donated a truckload of 75,000 pouches of Yummy Spoonfuls — an organic baby food company she is a co-owner of — to local school pantries in Orange County.
