Mango Banana Popsicles
Both mangos and bananas are potassium rich fruits that will not only hydrate your little ones but satisfy their taste buds. At Yummy Spoonfuls, we love to use seasonal produce to maximize the nutrition quality. This popsicle recipe contains fiber, healthy fat and antioxidants not to mention utilizes seasonal fruits of the summer. Check it out!
1 mango (peeled and seed removed) chopped into chunks
1 navel orange juiced (seeds removed)
1 pouch of Yummy Spoonfuls Stage 1 Only Apple
1/3 ripe banana
1/4 of lemon juiced (seeds removed)
Using a Vitamix or any blender, combine all the above ingredients and blend until smooth. Follow the directions for your popsicle molds and pour mixture into mold and freeze. Freeze completely. Yields 6 popsicles.
